SilverLink Internet Refunds and Return Policy



Cancellation and Equipment Return: Upon receiving your cancellation form, we will provide a return label via email. Follow the attached Equipment Return Guidelines to ensure all items are returned in good condition to avoid fees.

What to Return: Carefully pack the device and SIM in their original packaging. Use the provided return label and drop off the package at any U.S. Post Office. Do not modify the packaging or use different labels, as this could incur fees.

Audit and Refund Process: After receiving and auditing the returned items, our billing department will determine eligibility for a refund. This depends on the condition and completeness of the returned equipment.​

Loss/Damage Responsibility: SilverLink Internet is not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging. Ensure the package is well-protected.

Late Returns: If equipment is not returned within four weeks of the cancellation notice, the customer will be billed for any SilverLink Internet equipment not in SilverLink Internet's possession. Adherence to the return instructions is essential to process your cancellation and potential refund smoothly.
